PERSONAL TRAINING

1:1 training is a chance for individuals to get individualised specific coaching from one of our highly trained and experienced coaches. This may be due to injury/rehab, pre/postnatal recovery, specific athletic development or for someone who may be new to exercise or needs a little more attention before joining in our group class sessions. 
All coaches available for 1:1 coaching depending on availability.

BMF ATHLETE PROGRAM

Our BMF Athlete Program is specifically for individuals who need sport specific S&C to enhance and complement their training and/or to assist individuals to meet required fitness targets or prep for a main event.

Run by our founder and head coach Blake, he works 1:1 with athletes in both mentoring and physical coaching to help them achieve the best they can within their field.

Current athletes include an Olympic Diver, professional boxer, triathletes, muay thai fighters, jockeys, long distance trail runners + more.
