Conditioning
A 1hr class suited to all levels of fitness, ages and abilities.
Working through functional movements, improving strength, mobility, fitness and performance through a mixture of barbell, free weights, body weight movements, cardio and mobility.
1:1 Personal Training
A chance for you to work closer with a skilled BMF coach to reach specific goals or get that extra special 1:1 treatment.
