I have never trained before (or it's been a while) help!

We have plenty of options for beginners or those who have taken some time off from exercise. Everything we do can be scaled or substituted to suit all fitness levels and 1:1 coaching is also available to help transition you into regular strength training.

What if i'm injured?

At the BMF, form and safety is our number one priority for EVERYONE. All exercises can be tailored to help rehab from injury or avoid further aggravation. Let us know your concerns and we will work with you.

Can I go up/down or stop my membership at anytime?

Absolutely! If you're enjoying everything BMF has to offer or suddenly find yourself unable to come as regularly as you'd hoped you can increase, decrease or stop your membership at any time. No lock in contracts here.

Can you help with my food?

YES! As part of our welcome pack you will receive our Healthy Eating Guidelines created by our coach and nutritionist, Bianca. She is also available for private consults and 1:1 nutritional coaching covering all aspects such as weight loss, muscle gain, pregnancy/breastfeeding nutrition, supplementation, hormonal nutrition, auto- immune issues + more.

Who books me into my sessions?

We do! You will receive a txt message notification from our system on Sunday afternoon locking you into your days/sessions for the week. This creates accountability + communication!

How does payment work?

Payment is done via DirectDebit (either credit card or bank account) and taken every Monday.

What happens if I'm away or sick?

As long as you let us know by the Sunday before we can stop or amend your payments. We aren't in the business of charging people who don't train!

Do you have a late notice policy?

As part of our accountability process, if you do not give us at least 12hrs notice for a missed session you forfeit that session for the week. We do also understand that life happens, so if you are unable to make a session last minute, as long as there is clear communication we we are happy for you to make it up that week or the immediate following week.

What's the 12 week testing and measurements about?

This is to keep clients on track and to also record their PB's and set new goals. It is not our one and only focus in the gym but just part of keeping track of progress. If you would like more frequent testing or body measurements these can be booked in with one of the coaches.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is street parking on Alex Fisher Drive road right outside BMF Gym.

DOES BMF OFFER CRECHE OR CHILD MINDING SERVICES WHILE TRAINING?

Here at BMF we have an amazing community of families and busy working parents. We understand that it can be tricky to find time for the gym when looking after the little ones, so we have made sure that there is a child play pen for you little ones to enjoy while you train at BMF.
