THE BMF DIFFERENCE
The BMF Crew is not just a gym where you turn up (or don't turn up to train). So many institutions are set up to gain bulk members but don't ever consider the individual, their goals or their target needs. The Body & Mind Factory has taken the specifics of one on one coaching and applied it to small group training, similar to sporting teams where you can gain both the benefit of personal coaching combined with the community aspect and results that come from a supportive team.
Our sessions are planned and programmed specifically by a group of coaches with over 40+ years of combined experience. We know that flogging yourself multiple times a week or continuous unsupervised high intensity training is not the answer. Calorie restricted diets and ridiculous fad cleanses are damaging and not maintainable. A few Instagram quotes on mindset or motivation isn't going to instil discipline. Instead, our mission to you everyday is backed by our three pillars of health.
