BMF CHALLENGES
At BMF we also have some specific fitness challenges that have stood the test of time and sort the lions from the sheep! A mixture of strength + cardio challenges, these tests are there for whoever is up to the challenge and wants to throw their hat in the ring!
(Successful challengers also get a special BMF t-shirt upon completion).
6 WEEK CHALLENGE
While we preach an "everything in moderation" lifestyle at BMF, every quarter we kick off the new season with a 6 Week Challenge. It is an awesome way for our clients to re-set and re-calibrate their goals, dial into their nutrition and knuckle down for a period of solid training and healthy lifestyle habits.
These challenges are also a great time for new clients to jump onboard for a kickstart into their new BMF training life!
ROW TO DEATH
Row To Death Challenge - 7 x 1min rows (1min rest in between). Each row effort must reach 300m on Concept2 rower.
Sub 7min 2km - 2km row under 7mins on Concept2 rower.
1000m in 3 - 3 x 1min efforts (1min rest in between). Must reach total of 1000m in the 3 efforts on Concept2 rower.
More inductees into the BMF #rowtodeath hall of fame!! What once seemed impossible to many is now becoming a reality after hard work, practise + a bit of mongrel!
THE MORRISON
10 squats, 10 bench, 10 deads, 1km row.
8 squats, 8 bench, 8 deads, 800m row.
6 squats, 6 bench, 6 deads, 600m row.
4 squats, 4 bench, 4 deads, 400m row.
2 squats, 2 bench, 2 deads, 200m row.
FOR TIME. (Men 60kg. Women 40kg)
