
BMF GROUP SESSIONS
STRENGTH + CONDITIONING SESSIONS
A 1hr class suited to all levels of fitness, ages and abilities. Working through functional movements, improving strength, mobility, fitness and performance through a mixture of barbell, free weights, body weight movements, cardio and mobility.
SWEATY SATURDAYS
Our all-in group Saturday sessions are all about getting outside in the sunshine, mixing up locations and getting SWEATY. More of a HIIT/conditioning style session, Sweaty Saturdays are the best way to kick off the weekend with good habits (and often with a group coffee afterwards), get outside and enjoy our incredible surroundings of the Gold Coast.
