At BMF we know that movement and exercise is only one side of the coin. Nutrition, understanding food and what to put on your plate depending on your goals can be an overwhelming space which many like to ignore! 

In addition to fitness coaching we are here to help you with your food choices, how to best eat to suit your goals and what eating habits might be holding you back!

Bianca or 'B' has been a coach and personal trainer for over 10 years. She is also our resident nutritionist with university education and a passion for treating the cause not just the symptoms!

Bianca also specialises in pre/post natal exercise, hormonal and auto immune issues, weight loss + gain plus much more. She has a Certificate I + IV in Fitness, Diploma of S&C and is currently finishing a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine.
