PRE + POST NATAL TRAINING

Whether currently pregnant or entering the gym again after having a baby, many women struggle to find safe and guided ways to correctly exercise, regain strength and feel good within their bodies again. Our coach Bianca has over 8 years experience training with antenatal and postnatal women assisting them with correct core strength, pelvic floor rehab and preventative exercise, pregnancy adjusted movements, postural correction + training capacities for breastfeeding mothers. Either transitioning clients into group classes with alternative options or working closely 1:1 with Bianca, there is an option for all.

COMMUNITY

Community is one of our main foundations of focus at BMF and we love including the whole family. Our 8:45am sessions are perfect for mums or dads who can’t quite make the early sessions or evening shifts and we welcome extra family members or little ones who can watch on from our designated sitting area or play pen.
