MENTORING WITH BLAKE

Founder and head coach, Blake Morrison has over 15 years experience in helping people achieve not only their best physical condition, but also their best personal self outside of the gym in personal, business and family life.

Through 5 specific frameworks, Blake focuses in on:

- Goals. Do you have any? Are they actually goals or just a wish list?

INVESTMENT

Blake requires a minimum of 5 mentoring sessions to get the most out of you and your individual circumstances. If you're reading this then you already know that certain things in life aren't usually fixed by one quick chat over a coffee. Appropriate mentoring and goal setting requires multiple sessions to hash out action plans and really get to the bottom of how much you want out of life and your goals.

Sessions can be done in person or via FaceTime video call. These sessions will take place over a 12 week block at agreed upon times depending on the tasks set and availabilities.
