Marathon (42.2 km) Running Program
This training program is set for a 16 week schedule to gain maximum results over a 4 month progressive time frame. It was built to help runners take the leap to the king of running distances- THE MARATHON.
Your running sessions will consist of a mix of interval, tempo (race pace) and aerobic (heart rate zone) running sessions.

COMMITMENT:
3-4 runs per week for 16 weeks
It is advised to have a Garmin/ Apple watch/ running tracking app for this program. The duration, intensity and goals of every training session will vary. It is a good idea to preview each weeks programs in advance to ensure you have enough time allocated for each training run.
