THE MURPH CHALLENGE
The Murph Challenge is more than just a workout
It is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and allows us the opportunity to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honoUr those who have served & fought for our freedom.
LT. Michael P. Murphy (Murph) was a United States Navy SEAL officer who was awarded the U.S. military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honour, for his actions during the War in Afghanistan.
Here at BMF, we choose to take the Murph Challenge on Anzac day to also honour all Australians and New Zealanders who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations and the contribution and suffering of all those who have served.
